Terms of Service

These terms govern your account on this site and your use of the services offered through it. Please read them before you create an account — you are asked to agree to them when you register.

Version 2026-08-14

This page is a template and is not yet complete.

The sections marked below must be completed by the operator of this site before it is published. Until they are, this document does not describe any particular company, country or legal position.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you (the person using this site) and the operator of this site ("we", "us"). They apply from the moment you create an account and for as long as you have one.

SITE OWNER — REPLACE THIS

State the legal name of the company or person operating this site, the address they can be contacted at, and any company or business registration number they hold. If the operator holds a licence or authorisation to provide the services on this site, state which authority granted it and the reference number. Do not describe the operator as licensed, authorised or regulated unless that is true and can be evidenced.

2. Agreeing to these terms

When you register you are asked to confirm that you agree to these terms. We record the moment you agreed and the version of this document you agreed to, so that both of us can tell later exactly what was accepted. The version is shown at the top of this page.

If we change these terms, we publish the updated document with a new version. Continuing to use your account after a change means the current version applies to you.

3. Who can open an account

To open an account you must:

  • be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live, and in any case at least 18;
  • be acting for yourself and not on behalf of somebody else without telling us;
  • give information that is accurate and keep it up to date; and
  • not be barred from using services of this kind under any law that applies to you.
SITE OWNER — REPLACE THIS

State any countries or territories from which this site does not accept customers, and any further eligibility conditions that apply — for example a minimum age above 18, residency requirements, or categories of customer you do not accept. If there are none, say so explicitly.

4. Your account and your credentials

You choose a password when you register. We never store it in a readable form — it is hashed before it is saved, and it cannot be recovered or read back by anyone, including us. If you forget it you reset it; we cannot tell you what it was.

You are responsible for keeping your password and any second factor to yourself, and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has access to it. Where this site offers email verification or two-factor authentication, we may require you to complete them before parts of your account become available.

5. How you may use this site

You agree not to:

  • use the site for anything unlawful, or to disguise the origin of money;
  • give false information, or use somebody else's identity or payment details;
  • open more than one account without our agreement;
  • interfere with the site, attempt to gain access to parts of it you have not been given, or extract data from it by automated means; or
  • resell or redistribute access to the site or its contents.

6. Suspending or closing an account

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, where we are required to by law, or where required information has not been provided. Where we do, we will tell you at the address on your account unless we are prevented from doing so. You may close your account at any time; closing it does not by itself cancel obligations either of us already has.

7. Identity checks

Where this site asks you to verify your identity, you agree to provide the documents requested and confirm they are genuine and yours. We may restrict what your account can do until verification is complete.

SITE OWNER — REPLACE THIS

If this site performs identity or anti-money-laundering checks, state which documents you require, who carries out the checks (you, or a named third-party provider), and what happens if a customer declines. If this site performs no such checks, remove this section rather than leaving it vague.

8. What this site offers

SITE OWNER — REPLACE THIS

Describe what customers can actually do here, in plain terms — the products, services or instruments offered, and how orders, payments or deposits are handled. State every fee, spread, commission and charge, and when each applies. If the products carry a risk of loss, state that risk plainly and specifically; do not copy a generic risk warning that does not match what you offer. Make no claim about returns, performance or safety of funds that you cannot evidence.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be unavailable during maintenance, or because of failures outside our control. We may change, add or withdraw features.

10. Content and ownership

The site, its design and its contents belong to us or to the people we license them from, and you may use them only to use your account. Anything you upload remains yours; you give us permission to store and process it so we can operate your account.

11. Liability

SITE OWNER — REPLACE THIS

State the limits of the operator's liability, and any liability that cannot be limited. This depends entirely on the country whose law applies and on whether customers are consumers, so no wording can be supplied here. Have this section written or reviewed by a lawyer qualified in the relevant jurisdiction.

12. Governing law and disputes

SITE OWNER — REPLACE THIS

State which country's law governs this agreement, which courts or tribunal will hear a dispute, and how a customer should complain before it reaches that point. Leave nothing implied — a document that does not say which law applies is a document that cannot be relied on by either side.

13. Contacting us

SITE OWNER — REPLACE THIS

Give the email address, postal address and any other channel a customer should use to reach the operator about this agreement, and say how quickly you aim to respond.
